In order to further ensure your satisfaction, we will not accept your order and assign your commission to an artist until we have reviewed your order and the corresponding photographs and, if necessary, clarified your instructions to make certain that we understand your expectations.

That being said, in most cases you will receive an electronic proof of your finished one- or two-person portrait within twelve business days after acceptance of your order.  Larger portraits will require slightly more time to complete. 

Regardless of the portrait size, you should never have to wait more than 15 business days after our acceptance of your order for an electronic proof of the completed portrait.  (Express services are available at an additonal charge.)

If you are not completely satisfied with the electronic proof of your finished portrait, we will make any neccessary changes to secure your full satisfaction.

When you are fully satisfied, we will carefully package your masterpiece and ship it directly to you.  (Oil portraits arrive on stretched canvas, saving you time and money and protecting them against damage from being rolled and re-stretched.  Pastels are shipped flat on a backer board, ready to be matted and framed.) 

In most cases, you can receive your finished portrait within 5 weeks from the date that you place the order.
