Our process begins with the review of your photograph. Several factors must be evaluated to ensure that the photograph will facilitate the creation of a quality piece of art. Some of these factors include the size of the original, the crispness of color, the availability of detail, and orientation of subject. We make every effort to create the masterpiece that you dreamed of, but we temper our desire to create this lasting work of art with our hesitation to take creative license with your memories.

After we have reviewed your photo, we will begin the painting. When complete, or at certain intervals in the process, we will email you electronic images of the portrait for your approval. Once you have approved the finished work, we will send the portrait directly to your door. If you are not completely satisfied with the portrait as it is presented to you in the email photos, we will make any necessary corrections and send new photos of the modified portrait.
