The Process
The Process is Simple!
1. First, you upload the photo or photos that will be used as the subject(s) of your piece. You specify your choice of either pastel or oil, and include any special instructions (including touch-ups, custom backgrounds, photo combining, etc.). This can be done on the Order Now page. We will then review your photo(s) for quality and contact you directly with any questions we may have.
2. Next, we assign the photo to one of our talented, professional artists, who quickly begins work on your piece. Within two weeks (and usually within 5 to 7 business days) we email you an image of the completed work for your approval and, if necessary, instruct the artist to make any specified changes.3. When you are fully satisfied, we carefully package your masterpiece and ship it directly to you. (Oil portraits arrive on stretched canvas, saving you time and money and protecting them against damage from being rolled and re-stretched. Pastels are shipped flat on a backer board, ready to be matted and framed.)
